	Europa sends at least two manned 3-chip digital cameras to each wedding ceremony, even if two cameras are not included in the selected video package.  Of course, more footage from the second camera is used in editing packages calling for two cameras, but even our one camera packages contain some second camera footage in the final edit.  This resolves issues where the main camera position might be limited in some way.
	Europa always discusses lighting issues with the bride prior to the ceremony.  When a lighting issue arises, it is usually at the reception where the bride and groom have some control over the level of the house lights.  Although ambient lighting is usually preferable, Europa always carries on-camera lights for those occasions when supplemental lighting is necessary.
	Europa will not be outdone in turn-around time; usually your video will be edited within 12-16 weeks.
	Europa videographers, male and female alike, always come appropriately dressed for the occasion.
	Europa collects 1/3 of the cost of the package at the time of the signing of the contract.  This guarantees your date and is non-refundable unless the date can be re-booked.  An additional 1/3 is due on or before the date of the wedding rehearsal.  The final 1/3 (plus sales taxes) are due at the time of editing.
	Europa considers a well written contract, containing everything the bride and groom wants contained therein, to be an important part of the process.  Europa will spend whatever time is necessary to satisfy its customers in this regard.
	Europa has provided a demo on its web site but welcomes and even encourages viewing by the bride/groom/mothers/et al  of full length edited wedding DVDs to assure all parties of the professionalism of Europa's work product.  Europa will spend whatever amount of time is required to gain your confidence.
